Fat Burn
This class is geared towards burning calories and fat by incorporating exercises that elevate the heart rate. This will include cardio interval style training to really work all areas of the body. It’s lots of fun & you’ll be burning calories even after the class has finished!

Jump and Tone
A high intensity, low impact class designed to test both your cardio and strength for an all-round challenge. Jump & Tone will help build stamina, strength and core muscles whilst jumping along to the beat!

Don’t just believe what we say, one of our regulars, Nicola, has written us a review of her experience;

“I decided to look around for different ways of keeping fit in January 2017 (as everyone does at that time of year) and one of my friends said she had seen that a new place had opened that did a fitness class, something a bit different, and should we try it. I looked i-Jump up on the internet and decided to give it a go! The instructor Steph is absolutely lovely, very friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable on fitness, she’s funny too!

I found the first class a bit of a struggle but as I wanted to lose a bit of weight, tone up and just overall improve my fitness level I decided to stick at it! I went every week for a couple of months and then on the lead up to my holiday in July I decided to go twice a week, on a Monday and a Thursday, and continued to go twice a week until the beginning of December.

I started to notice a big difference after about 3 months of going to the class, my legs started to tone and I lost the bingo wings I had started to get on my arms! My tummy toned and I even started to notice muscles developing in my back!! Not only this but I noticed my breathing had improved, I used to get out of breath walking up a few flights of stairs but now I’m fine and breathe like normal when I reach the top.

For anyone wanting to try exercise that is FUN try the jump and tone classes, I absolutely love it and I love how my body looks, I feel comfortable in my clothes again, my jeans fit better and I feel fitter!”
