FAQs
Have a question about our Park or our sessions, you might find the answers below.
Can I just turn up for a session?
We recommend pre booking your session online or through our customer service team prior to your arrival. Please book early to avoid disappointment as availability is limited.
What happens if I'm late for my session?
To make sure you get the full hour of jumping in, aim to arrive at LEAST 20 minutes before your scheduled jump time.
How long does an Open Jump session last?
The last session is one hour before closing.
How old do you have to be to jump?
You must be 3 years or over to jump in our Open Jump Sessions, however a paying adult will need to bounce with any 3 year old and must accompany them on the Park at all times, ages 4+ can jump unsupervised. Children aged 12 years and under must have a parent or guardian on site at all times. Toddlers of walking age and up to 5 years can attend our iTots sessions that run throughout the week during school term time.
Jumpers aged 13 years and over will be able to attend a Session without being supervised, but MUST have a completed disclaimer on their record.
Do I need to sign a disclaimer/waiver?
Yes, we are asking all customers to sign a disclaimer prior to your arrival at the Park. This can be done here.
Every Jumper has to have their own disclaimer before they’re allowed on the Park. If you’re under the age of 18, this must be completed by a parent or guardian. The disclaimer is saved on our system for 12 months.
Why do I need to wear grip socks?
All jumpers must wear grip socks whilst on the trampoline park. This is to ensure the grip keeps you safe on the trampolines.
You are welcome to bring your socks back or from other trampoline parks but the grips must cover the entire sole of your foot. If you’d like to to purchase a pair, they’re just £2.50.
What should I wear?
When coming to our trampoline park, we recommend that you wear something comfy like shorts, trackies and t-shirts – you need to be able to move around and jump without being restricted.
We’d recommend avoiding wearing skirts, dresses, or strapless tops as these may be difficult to keep in place while bouncing.
Bear in mind that no sharp objects such as belt buckles or clothing studs will be allowed on to trampolines and no jewellery is permitted whilst jumping.
You will also be required to wear grip socks while in the park to help you grip the trampolines and keep you safe.
Can anyone come and watch?
You can watch all the action from the Park from our mezzanine viewing gallery and cafe.
We also offer free WiFi!
