Following the Government’s guidelines for COVID-19, we are confirming the closure of i-Jump Trampoline Park for the foreseeable future.
As an independent, family run trampoline park, the safety and welfare of our customers and staff is (and has always been!) our number 1 priority. In these crazy times, who knows what will happen over the next few days, weeks and months. But as soon as we have an update, we’ll be sure to let you know via our social channels.
Please be assured we are trying to contact all customers with upcoming bookings to either rearrange their booking or confirm a refund and for any other questions, we have some FAQ’s below.

Yes absolutely, we’re contacting everybody with bookings to discuss their session or party so we can do that.
We’re contacting everybody with bookings to discuss moving or refunding their session or party. Once processed, the refund will take 3 – 5 days to go back into your account.
We’ll keep in touch with you and we can make the relevant arrangements from there.

If you have a pass then it will be frozen and you’ll be able to use the time remaining once we re-open the park.
Can I still buy passes and gift vouchers to use for when you’re open?
