Following the Government’s guidelines for COVID-19, we are confirming the closure of i-Jump Trampoline Park for the foreseeable future.
As an independent, family run trampoline park, the safety and welfare of our customers and staff is (and has always been!) our number 1 priority. In these crazy times, who knows what will happen over the next few days, weeks and months. But as soon as we have an update, we’ll be sure to let you know via our social channels.
Please be assured we are trying to contact all customers with upcoming bookings to either rearrange their booking or confirm a refund and for any other questions, we have some FAQ’s below.
Thank you so much for your continued support and we already can’t wait for the party we’ll throw when we’re all back on track!

We’re contacting everybody with bookings to discuss moving or refunding their session or party. Once processed, the refund will take 3 – 5 days to go back into your account.
We’ll keep in touch with you and we can make the relevant arrangements from there.
We’ll be guided by the Government’s advice and all of our social media channels will be updated as soon as we know more. Make sure you like our channels to keep up with our latest news.
We are putting together resources and fun activities to share through our social channels to help release some of the built up energy your little one’s (and big ones!) will be feeling. Check out our social media for updates!
You can also download our Manny the Monkey colouring pages for some fun arts and crafts!
If you have a pass then it will be frozen and you’ll be able to use the time remaining once we re-open the park.
Can I still buy passes and gift vouchers to use for when you’re open?
Of course you can! In fact, that would make our day!
