We have been working hard to create a new customer experience that offers you the safest jumping environment with no compromise on fun!
Here’s what we’re doing to keep you safe:
1. Enhanced cleaning procedures.
This means we will be cleaning the equipment thoroughly and that we have currently closed our foam pits, however please be aware this is for your safety and wellbeing.
2. Limited capacity.
We will be limiting the amount of people per jump sessions; this means instead of 80 people per session it will be 40.
3. Face coverings for all staff.
Our staff will be wearing face coverings during your time at the trampoline park. We highly recommend you wear a form of face covering when entering the building.
4. One way socially distanced queuing systems in place.
This is in place so we can maintain social distancing as best we can and is in place to keep you safe and well.
5. Supporting the NHS test and trace programme.
We recommend you sign up to the NHS test and trace program this means if you or someone tests positive for Covid-19 everyone on the program who visited i-Jump on the same day will be notified that they may have come in to contact with this person. This program is in place to keep you safe and help stop any outbreaks of Covid-19.
What you need to do:
1. Pre book your session online prior to arrival.
This helps to limit the in-person interactions as much as possible.
2. Pre sign your disclaimer for all jumpers.
This is in place to limit interactions and unnecessary contact with equipment.
3. Watch the safety video online.
This is in place for your safety on the trampoline as much as your safety from Covid-19.
4. Bring a face covering.
We highly recommend you wear a face covering especially if you are there as a spectator for your child.
5. One spectator at a time
This is to limit the around of people in the building at once to help with social distancing measures.
These rules and regulations are all in place to keep you and those around you safe as well as stop the spread of Covid-19. So we highly encourage you to follow them to the best of your ability’s. These are in accordance to the government guidelines and we will continue to monitor the guidelines and follow them accordingly.

i-Tots sessions will be held at 10am – 11am every Saturday and Sunday.
This means that for now our Family Jump, Neon Nights and i-Keep Fit sessions will not be running. We hope to bring these in within the next phase of opening.
Yes. All tickets have to be booked online or via our customer service team in advance of visiting i-Jump. Please book early to avoid disappointment as availability is now limited to 40 jumpers per session. We will not be admitting any walk-ins.

ALL CUSTOMERS must watch the video online before they visit the park.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, our foam pits will be closed during your bounce session but all other areas remain open.
i-Jump will be implementing an enhanced and rigorous cleaning schedule when we re-open and cleanliness, as well as safety, will be our top priority. We will be cleaning the park throughout the day with high touch point areas sanitised regularly along with the toilets which will be cleaned frequently throughout the day.
If you have a pass then it has been frozen since we were closed. Please speak to a member of the team to find out your new expiry date.

Please do bear with us as we anticipate it being a very busy time for the team.
By limiting the number of jumpers to just 40 jumper per session we have reduced our capacity by 50%. This is to ensure we will be offering a safe and fun environment for our customers.
Only one spectator per jumper will be allowed. Floor markings and notices will be placed in and around our parks to manage walking directions for both our staff and customers. Our front of house and café counters will have clear shields installed in place to protect our staff and customers.
Customers are asked to follow our one-way system to check-in and entry and exit routes will be clearly marked with signs around the park. · All of our staff will be re-trained prior to the parks re-opening and the court monitors will be ensuring safety throughout the jumps.
To ensure all safety is monitored, please limit your booking to only members of your household or support bubbles, as required by Government guidelines. We kindly ask that all customers do not arrange to meet multiple groups at our park. Only one spectator per jumper can visit our Park.
In line with Government guidance, customers entering any indoor space are required to wear a face mask if over the age of 11. They do not need to be worn on the Park or when seated in our cafe.
We ask you to not visit i-Jump if you are feeling unwell, with any of the following symptoms of Covid-19. High temperature, meaning you feel hot to touch on your back/chest with a temperature of 38.0c. or more. A new continuous cough, meaning coughing a lot for more than an hour or 3 or more coughing occurrences within 24 hours. Loss of smell or taste, meaning you could have a sign of respiratory infections.
You will be asked if you have any of these symptoms when you book.
