We are open Monday to Friday 10am – 7pm in term time and 10am to 6pm in the holidays. On weekends we will be open from 10am to 6pm.

i-Tots sessions will be held at 10am – 11am every day.

This means that for now our Family Jump, Neon Nights and i-Keep Fit sessions will not be running. We hope to bring these back soon.

Yes. All tickets have to be booked online or via our customer service team in advance of visiting i-Jump. Please book early to avoid disappointment as availability is now limited per session. We will not be admitting any walk-ins.

i-Jump will be implementing an enhanced and rigorous cleaning schedule when we re-open and cleanliness, as well as safety, will be our top priority. We will be cleaning the park throughout the day with high touch point areas sanitised regularly along with the toilets which will be cleaned frequently throughout the day.

By limiting the number of jumpers per session.

Floor markings and notices have been placed in and around our park to manage walking directions for both our staff and customers. Our front of house and café counters have clear shields installed in place to protect our staff and customers.

Customers are asked to follow our one-way system to check-in and entry and exit routes will be clearly marked with signs around the park.  All of our staff have been re-trained prior to the parks re-opening and the court monitors will be ensuring safety throughout the jumps.

We politely are requesting customers continue to wear a mask when moving around inside the building however it is at their own discretion. They do not need to be worn whilst on the Park or when seated in our cafe. 

We ask you to not visit i-Jump if you awaiting COVID test results or are feeling unwell, with any of the following symptoms of Covid-19. High temperature, meaning you feel hot to touch on your back/chest with a temperature of 38.0c. or more. A new continuous cough, meaning coughing a lot for more than an hour or 3 or more coughing occurrences within 24 hours. Loss of smell or taste, meaning you could have a sign of respiratory infections.
