i-Jump booking terms and conditions

When purchasing a ticket, you are deemed to have understood and accepted the terms and conditions as outlined below:

  1. All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT.
  2. Provided you contact us at least three days (72 hours) before the booking time you can either re-schedule the booking or receive a full refund. Bookings cancelled within 72 hours of the time cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
  3. Bouncing on trampolines can result in injury. Using the i-Jump facilities must be undertaken in accordance with the rules and conditions displayed on our website and throughout i-Jump.
  4. i-Jump Trampoline Park hold no responsibility or liability for accidents and injuries caused by using the trampolines or foam pit or other equipment at i-Jump. The use of the trampolines and foam pits are at your own risk as well as any damage to or loss of personal equipment.
  5. There is a weight limit of 18.5 st. (120Kg) on the trampolines.
  6. Please consider the safety of yourself and others at all times whilst at i-Jump and follow all the rules outlined in the safety briefing. No double bouncing.
  7. No one is allowed to access i-Jump Trampoline Park without first purchasing a session or given access by an i-Jump staff member.
  8. Every Jumper must have a signed disclaimer against their booking before they’re allowed on the Park. For bouncers under the age of 17, this must be completed by a parent or guardian. The waiver is saved on our system.
  9. Please follow any instructions or directions from our Crew, they are here to ensure you make the most of your time at i-Jump and keep you safe.
  10. For promotional offers see specific terms and conditions.
  11. No food or drink is permitted on or near the i-Jump trampolines, foam pit or other equipment.
  12. Any customers judged to be intoxicated or under the influence by i-Jump staff will not be allowed on the premises.
  13. Only Court Monitors employed by i-Jump are permitted to provide instruction or advice for safe bouncing.
  14. Please inform our Court Monitors if you have any medical conditions that you may require assistance with.
  15. You are not permitted to jump if you are pregnant or think you may be pregnant.
  16. When entering i-Jump, you give our Crew permission to use any photographs or videos taken of yourself or group for promotional use which includes social media, if you don’t wish to have photo’s or video’s used in this manner you must inform staff on arrival.
  17. All participants and spectators will be subject to CCTV recording for safety, security and operational reasons and consent to such recording.
  18. Spectators must stay in the designated areas provided, if spectators want to bounce they must purchase a session.
  19. Grip socks must be worn at all times while in the Park – this includes the Trampoline Arena, Foam Pits or on other equipment.
  20. You must be 4 years or over to jump in our Open Jump Sessions unsupervised. Children aged 3 may bounce but must be supervised on the Park by a paying adult aged 16 or over. Children aged 12 years and under must have a parent or guardian on site at all times.
  21. Jumpers aged 13 years and over will be able to attend a Session without being supervised, but MUST have a completed waiver on their record.
  22. i-Tots sessions are for bouncers under 5 years of age and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  23. Please discuss participation in our Adaptive sessions with a medical practitioner prior to attending these sessions.
  24. i-Jump Trampoline Park reserves the right to make any changes to the activities for any reason and without notice.
  25. i-Jump Trampoline Park does not accept responsibility for the loss or damage to personal property whilst onsite. This includes vehicles in surrounding car parks or parked on neighbouring roads. Vehicles and their contents are left at their owner’s risk.

i-Jump Gift Card terms and conditions

When purchasing a Gift Voucher, you are deemed to have understood and accepted the terms and conditions as outlined below:

1. All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT.
2. The gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the purchase date.
3. Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed against any cafe purchases or for locker usage. They are only redeemable against Trampoline Park bookings and merchandise.
4. Any outstanding credit on your i-Jump Gift Voucher, will be redeemable until all credit has been used – within the validity date.
5. i-Jump Gift Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be cashed in or change provided from a booking.

i-Party terms and conditions

  • A non refundable deposit of 50% is taken at the time of booking.
  • Final numbers are to be confirmed 7 days in advance and this is when the final balance is to be paid.
  • You can increase and pay for any additional party guests (subject to availability) but refunds cannot be offered for guests that cannot make it on the day.
  • Bookings include 1 hours jump followed by 30 minutes in the party room. Please ensure you and your guests arrive 20 minutes before to allow time for processing.
  • Please advise on booking if there are any food allergies and we will do our best to accommodate them.
  • You are welcome to bring your own birthday cake and candles.

Open Jump Annual Pass terms and conditions

      1. This pass can be used for one hour a day for 365 consecutive days from the date of purchase during our open jump, after school fun & food and family jump sessions.
      2. The passes are non refundable and non transferable. Failure to use the annual pass will not result in a refund.
      3. All jumpers must be aged 4 or above to join the sessions.
      4. All pass holders must adhere to the safety rules and will have to abide by the three strike policy. Failure to keep to the rules of the Park may result in the pass being revoked without a refund or compensation.
      5. Online purchases have 3 months to activate and collect annual passes from date of online purchase until annual pass starts automatically.
      6. One pass per customer at any one time – each pass holder will be issued with their own pass. This will only be valid when it is used and/or presented by the named holder; a photograph is stored on our data base which must be a true likeness of the holder and within the expiry date. Photocopies or photographs of an annual pass will not be accepted. Any use or attempted use of an annual pass in breach of these Terms or the Park’s terms and conditions of entry will result in the annual pass being revoked without compensation. For the avoidance of doubt, pass sharing is a breach of these Terms and any attempted use of an annual pass by someone other than the photographed and named holder, regardless of the reason, will result in the annual pass being revoked without compensation.
      7. This pass cannot be used in conjunction with another offer.
      8. Additional hour’s jumps are priced at £5 per hour, if jumping when there is an offer on e.g. fun & food, only the one hour jump is valid.
      9. If booking a birthday party, the birthday child annual pass holder will be able to use their 1 hour jump but additional food will be charged at normal rate. Any other pass holders attending a party will be charged the party price.
      10. The price of the annual pass may change at any time and for any reason.
      11. All jumpers must have a valid disclaimer and watch the safety briefing video every time to be able to jump.
      12. Anyone found to be violating any of the pass terms and conditions will have their pass voided with immediate effect.
      13. Entry to any special events may be subject to additional charges.
      14. Lost annual passes should be reported to i-Jump at the earliest convenience. In the event of a lost annual pass, we will re-issue a replacement annual pass. A fee of £5 will be charged for the re-issue of each lost annual pass. Duplicates of any passes cannot be obtained.
      15. Where an annual pass holder has opted-in to receive information about i-Jump’s products and events, we will use the annual pass holder’s details provided in his/her order for an annual pass for marketing purposes for its products and events. If the annual pass holder wishes to opt out of receiving such information, the annual pass holder can do so at any time by unsubscribing.

i-Tots Annual Pass terms and conditions

      3. All jumpers must be aged 5 or below to join the sessions.
      4. The pass holder must be accompanied at all times by someone aged 16 years or over.
      5. The pass admits the child named on the pass and 1 unnamed adult only per session.
      6. All pass holders must adhere to the safety rules and will have to abide by the three strike policy. Failure to keep to the rules of the Park may result in the pass being revoked without a refund or compensation.
      7. Online purchases have 3 months to activate and collect annual passes from date of online purchase until annual pass starts automatically.
      8. One pass per customer at any one time – each pass holder will be issued with their own pass. This will only be valid when it is used and/or presented by the named holder; a photograph is stored on our data base which must be a true likeness of the holder and within the expiry date.       17. The pass is strictly for toddlers aged 5 and under. The pass will no longer be valid if the toddler turns 6 years old before the pass expires. The pass will not be able to be used and no refunds will be given for any unused periods.
      18. Where an annual pass holder has opted-in to receive information about i-Jump’s products and events, we will use the annual pass holder’s details provided in his/her order for an annual pass for marketing purposes for its products and events. If the annual pass holder wishes to opt out of receiving such information, the annual pass holder can do so at any time by unsubscribing.

Jump Club 30 day Pass terms and conditions

1. This Pass can be used for one hour a day for 30 consecutive days from the date of purchase during our Open Jump sessions.
2. All jumpers must be aged 3 or above to join the sessions, however 3 year olds must be accompanied by a paying adult. Children aged 4 and above can bounce on the Park unsupervised.
3. One pass per customer at any one time – The pass is only valid for the named pass holder which will be validated via our waiver information. Socks will be given out on the first jump and must be bought back with you. There will be a £1.50 charge for new socks if an old pair aren’t bought back to swap. 
4. This Pass cannot be used in conjunction with another offer including loyalty stamps for jumps.
5. All Jumpers must have a valid disclaimer and watch the safety briefing video every time to be able to jump.
6. Anyone found to be violating any of the pass terms and conditions will have their pass voided with immediate effect.

4 for £40 Jump Club Pass Terms and conditions

1. This Pass can be used for one hour a day for our Open Jump, Adaptive, Neon or Fun and Food sessions.
2. All jumpers must be aged 3 or above to join the sessions, however 3 year olds must be accompanied by a paying adult. Children aged 4 and above can bounce on the Park unsupervised.
3. One pass per customer at any one time – The pass is only valid for the named pass holder which will be validated via our waiver information. Socks will be given out on the first jump and must be bought back with you. There will be a £1.50 charge for new socks if an old pair aren’t bought back to swap. 
4. This Pass cannot be used in conjunction with another offer including loyalty stamps for jumps.

After School jump and food terms and conditions

1. Refunds can be issued in line with our cancellation policy of 72 hours.
2. Menu changes or alternatives are only available at the management’s discretion. Only 1  meal or drink is permitted per paying customer.
3. You must be 4 years or over to jump in these Sessions unsupervised. Children aged 3 may bounce but must be supervised on the Park by a paying adult aged 16 or over.
4. This session cannot be used in conjunction with another offer or discount code.
